Where no empty cylinder is available to exchange, a refill agreement charge is payable on all new cylinders in the list below:

Patio - 5kg Patio Gas & 13kg Patio Gas (Currently limited)

Please note currently 5kg Patio and 13kg Patio gas bottles cannot be exchanged for one another and are only on a like for like basis (e.g. A 5kg for a 5kg)

(Empty cylinders in the above sizes may only be exchanged for a refill from within the same group, ie group A can be swapped for an empty cylinder from Group A only, Group B from Group B, and Group D from Group D. Otherwise a new cylinder refill agreement will be charged.)
