Lanlee Supplies Ltd Terms & Conditions

All orders placed by customers with Lanlee Supplies Ltd are accepted only on the understanding that the customer has read and fully understands the Terms & Conditions of Sale listed below-



Prices



Due to our policy of continuous improvement, we reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without prior notice. All special offer items have been offered for sale at the higher price for a minimum 28 consecutive days. All prices are exclusive of VAT which will be applied at the standard rate of 20% unless stated otherwise.



Delivery



We will endeavour to complete delivery within 5-7 working days unless otherwise advised, but no liability can be accepted if circumstances prevent this. Claims for consequential losses arising from late delivery will not be accepted.



Loss in Transit



Please notify us immediately if your order has not arrived by the agreed delivery date. If notification is not made within 5 working days of the agreed delivery date, we will not be able to accept a claim for goods lost in transit.



Damaged Goods/Missing Items



All parcels must be checked prior to signing the delivery note. If there is any damage to products, or missing items, this must be advised on the delivery note and reported to Lanlee Supplies Ltd within 3 working days. We reserve the right to reject claims for damaged and missing items if the above procedure is not followed.



Faulty Goods



Defective items will be replaced or refunded after inspection provided that we are notified in writing within 10 working days of delivery. Any warranty given will commence from the date of the invoice. Claims for faulty products will be limited to the value of the product, and no claims for any consequential loss arising from the use of faulty products will be accepted.



Incorrectly Ordered Goods



Incorrectly ordered goods can be returned for credit providing that they are not soiled or damaged in any way, and that we are notified in writing within 10 working days of delivery. We will credit the value of the returned items less a 15% handling charge and the cost of return carriage. No refunds or replacements will be considered until the original goods have been thoroughly inspected.



Payment Terms



Payment terms are payment in full by credit / debit card, cheque, when accompanied with a valid bankers card, or cash, prior to despatch of order, unless otherwise agreed by an authorised employee of Lanlee Supplies Ltd.



Risk & Title



Risk of damage to the goods supplied passes to the customer on delivery. Title to the goods shall not pass until Lanlee Supplies Ltd has received in cash or cleared funds, payment in full for all monies due and outstanding for goods sold to the buyer.



Consequential Loss



Lanlee Supplies Ltd accept no responsibility for loss of profits, incidental expenses or any consequential loss attributable to defects in material or delay in or non-delivery of goods.
