Where no empty cylinder is available to exchange, a refill agreement charge is payable on all new cylinders in the list below:

Small - 4.5kg Butane, 7kg Butane.

(Empty cylinders in the above sizes may only be exchanged for a refill from within the same group Otherwise a new cylinder refill agreement will be charged.)
